Stop by the store to pick up a tube. They have several different types, including whitening, multicare and kids. Manic Monday Meal #3
The weekend is over and it's back to reality! Each Monday we will post a four ingredient or less recipe to help you eat healthy, simply!
Here's this week's recipe:
4 large pork chops about 7 oz each
1 tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
Directions:
1. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in a non-metallic roasating pan or baking dish.
2. Sprinkle the five-spice powder over the chops then drizzle over the soy sauce and garlic infused oil. (Alternatively, mix together the garlic-infused olive oil, soy sauce and five-spice powder, and pour over the chops.)
3. Using your hands, rub the mixture into the meat. Cover the dish with clear wrap and chill for 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 325F. Uncover the dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and tender. Serve immediately.
