Here's this week's recipe:Lemonade Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can Cascadian Farms frozen lemonade, thawed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 teaspon garlic powderDirections:
1) Place chicken in greased 9x13" baking dish. 2) Combine the lemonade, soy sauce and garlic powder and pour over the chicken. 3) Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 4) Uncover. Pour juices over chicken and cook another 10 minutes uncovered.
