Pumpkin Pie Yogurt


I was looking for a recipe for a healthy version of pumpkin pie and came across one that uses greek yogurt! You essentially eliminate the crust or throw in a bit of granola for crunch. This one is so healthy it can be eaten on a daily basis. No baking and only 3 ingredients!


This recipe is for a single serving:


Pumpkin Pie Yogurt



(7.5 oz.) container of greek yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 can of pumpkin (depending on your taste preference)
sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice


Stir and enjoy. A few add in's include: trailmix, ginger snaps, granola, ground pecans and pumpkin seeds!
