Vegan Wednesday! Vegan Seitan Buffalo Hot Wings!

Easy Peasy Seitain Hot Wings!

  • olive oil
  • 1 pound seitan, torn or cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (optional)
Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the seitan until lightly browned, stirring frequently.

Add the hot sauce, maple syrup, lime juice and salt. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh oregano.

Serve with Organicville Non-dairy Ranch dressing. YUM!!
