Gardein Beefless Stew

Vegetarians have been thrilled with the new Gardein products that have been arriving over the past few weeks.  If you haven't checked it out yet, stop by Food for Thought and then head over to their website here and discover lots of tasty recipes to make these great products even better!  Here's a yummy example which will be perfect as the temperature dips tomorrow:
Gardein Beefless Stew (as seen on Ellen!)
Ingredients:
gardein beefless tips 1 package
vegetable oil 3 tbsp
pearl onions, peeled 10 oz
garlic, minced 2 cloves
celery stalks, thinly sliced 2
medium carrots, ½ inch diced 2
dried thyme ½ tsp
dried rosemary ½ tsp
flour 3 tbsp
vegan "beef" broth 3 cups
dry red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon 1 cup
medium potatoes, ½ inch diced 2
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1)  Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium high heat, add beefless tips and brown on all sides. Remove from saucepan and set aside.
2)  Add pearl onions, garlic and celery to saucepan and cook for 3 minutes. Add carrots, thyme, and rosemary and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
3)  Sprinkle in flour, then slowly add broth and wine while stirring.
4)  Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
5)  Add beefless tips back in and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
