Gluten-Free Tuesday!

Gluten Free Honey-Maple Granola

2-1/2 c. Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1 cup Almonds (Sliced)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Raisins (Unsulfured)
2 Tbsp. Flaxseed Meal
1/2 cup Dates, chopped
Preheat oven to 300°F.
In a medium sized bowl mix together oats, coconut, almonds and salt. In a separate bowl mix honey, syrup and oil (oil will stay mostly separated, that’s okay). Combine the honey mixture with the oat mixture and stir until evenly coated. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet with sides and spread to cover evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, stir, bake another 5-10 minutes. In a small bowl mix the raisins, dates and flaxseed meal. Stir the raisin mixture into cooked granola.
Store in an airtight container.
