Manic Monday Meal

The weekend is over and it's back to reality! Each Monday we will post a five ingredient or less recipe to help you eat healthy, simply!
Here's this week recipe:
Simply Asia Broccoli and Tofu
2 large broccoli crowns, cut into bite-size florets
1 lb firm or extra-firm tofu, well drained, and diced
1 package your favorite Simply Asia Sauce
Your farvorite rice, prepared
Steam the broccoli in stir-fry pan with about 1/2" of water, until tender-crisp.  Gently stir in the tofu and sauce.  Cook over medium heat until heated through.  Serve over rice.
